7.1.2 Food and Beverage Services

The college contracts food services with an outside agency who has first right of refusal on catered college-sponsored functions. Exceptions to this must be approved prior to contracting with an outside vendor. A faculty or staff member should contact the Chief Operating Officer or appropriate Vice President for approval of any purchases related to food or beverages related to campus events. Upon approval, the faculty or staff member will submit a purchase order as directed by the supervisor.
