5.10.2 Cafeteria Plan

Permanent full-time employees are eligible to participate in a cafeteria plan [IRS
Code, Section 125] which allows pre-tax payment of medical and dependent care. The
annual enrollment period occurs in April on dates announced via special notice to
current Cafeteria Plan participants.
